Sound Healing

 

This will be any of the following alone or in combination – sound therapy, drum journey, grounding, energy protection techniques, business energy, intro to Reiki, intro to pendulums and more.

 

Irene Mix Classes:

  •  Itovi Scan- The Itovi scanner sends the electrical signatures of essential oils and supplements to your body, your reaction is recorded at the moment and matches them.  This helps determine which products our body has a strong response  to through galvanic skin response. This is a free scan and you will need to sign up for a time for the scan. 
  • Make and Take–   Come for 1 hour and make a fun time to take with you. All products are toxic free!  These products might include Bathroom sprays, Cleaning mixture, Clearing sprays, and roll on to support emotional wellbeing.  Come be surprised! 1 hour
  • Spiritual Cleansing Techniques-  This is an introduction to spiritual Cleansing and the essence of spiritual Hygiene! You will learn – Recognizing the need for spiritual Cleansing, and the foundations of spiritual Cleansing- Intention, Natural elements and the practice of cleansing. 1 hour
  • Opus sound bed- Come and test out the sound bed for free! The sound bed is vibroacoustic sound therapy- The bed uses sound and low- frequency vibrations to help the body quickly release stress from the body and puts you into a deep relaxation and receptivity.  
  • Shamanic Journeying for inner wisdom– The shamanic Journey- a profound voyage of the soul into the spirit realms.  The Journey , undertaken in a trance state by using the rhythmic drumming or rattle will help you retrieve wisdom, power and healing.   The purpose of this journey is self -discovery, healing past traumas, or seeking guidance from spirit guides or ancestors. 1 hours class
  • Foundations of Energy healing-  This class is for those exploring the profound realms of energy healing.  This will help you understand Energy healing. This will also include the benefits of energy healing.  1 hour
  • Aromatherapy for emotional Well-being– Intro to aromatherapy. All hearts seeking solace in the scents of nature, May the aromatic essences of essential oils be your allies in restoring emotional balance and inner harmony.  Grab a friend and experience several oils and journeys about the feelings and thoughts that come to mind.  Bring a notebook to journey on the experience. 1 hour  – 
  • Aroma Touch– Grab a friend and experience an aroma touch hand massage!  You can do this with kids to release stress, family and friends.  You receive a handout and a link if you want to order your own kit! 
  • Angels communications for healing– A short intro to Angels and the angelic realm and signs- take a short meditative journey to enhance your listening to messages. 
  •  Introduction to Reiki-  Reiki is a Japanese form of healing arts.  You  get an intro to what is taught in this class and experience Byson scanning!
  • Pendulums-  What is a pendulum and how do you  use and connect with this divination tool!
  •  Sound healing–  Grab and friend and come to just reset and relax, while i give you a drum and sound bath. 30-45 min

 

  • Chakra Healing-  A Chakra is an energy center in the body. It is generally envisioned as a wheel or swirl found in a specific places along the spine. Where our nerves are bundled and our homones are secreted. The word Chakra is sankirt for “wheel” This Class will explore your seven major Chakras, including your earth chakra. . We will be learning about our Charkras, doing medications for Chakra healing and balancing . Please bring a journal as you will document your intuitive messages and note changes you saw.

    Irene has her masters Degree in Social Work and is a Master Usui Kuruna Reiki Teacher/Practitioner. She Also trained with Shamans in Peru and Shaman teacher Amy Willinski in the Green Bay area used drums and rattles to open sacred space and fire ceremonies. Irene is dedicated to balancing the mind, body, and spirit offering stress management through relaxing biofeedback, Usui Reiki, and sound healing.

Sacred Direction

North

North represents winter and also a sense of trouble, hardships, and sadness. As winter is the season of waiting and surviving, the Cherokee word for North literally means cold. North is the color blue. The animals representing the North include white buffalo, moose, and bear. These animals are a reminder to be patient with the seasons.

In the sacred north direction you stand in your own light instead being bound by the roles that you fill.  Learn to live in gratitude to discover your true gifts by connecting to the collective unconscious.  Use ancient technique of soul retrieval to call back the parts of your soul that broke away due to trauma to create wholeness and harmony in your soul.  Included in this direction you will be making your own drum for journeying.

West

West represents Autumn and the final harvest as the end of a cycle. The West is black and it represents the death of summer’s cycle. The animals of the west include the beaver for teamwork to prepare for winter and the snake to remind us of how to shed our old skin for transformation.

In the west examine what you hold inside of your shadows and bring it out without fear of what may be discovered.  See how negative energies held in your luminous energy field affect your health and wellbeing.  You will learn how to map and release ancestral imprints and past life karma.  Learn to listen to your inner voice and trust your intuition so you can accept guidance from the Spirit World.

South

South represents Summer and is a time of great abundance. The summer holds fertility, passion, growth, joy, and peace. The color is white. The animals of the South hold the lesson of strength, courage, and pride. The eagle with her keen sight and the wolf, proud to be part of the tribe.

You start your journey around the Medicine Wheel by looking to the sacred south direction by exploring the foundation in energy medicine practices.  In the south, the snake teaches you to shed the past, like its skin, so you can emerge renewed.  This act of releasing things that no longer serve a purpose keeps you moving forward in life.  Moving past old stories allows you an opportunity to write a new life story.

East

East represents Spring and symbolizes victory, success, and power. After a long winter, the renewed sense of life emerges. The color is red and it symbolizes protection. Red beads were used to call forth the red spirit for strong love relations, to heal from illness, and to pray for longevity. Animals of the East are birds in flight such as the owl, hawk, and hummingbird. Words are offered to the East so they may fly and soar with Spirit.

The east you will examine your life’s journey to see how the choices you make in life becomes woven into the stories of those around you. Learn to die consciously and be reborn to a life you create every step.  Explore the gifts Creator has for you and embody your Higher Self in your true calling.
