Irene Pregl, the founder of the St. Croix Healing Arts Center has brought her love for personal growth and healing into the St. Croix Healing Arts Center and now uses her passion for education as a tool for personal empowerment.

Irene’s own journey started with undiagnosed Lyme’s Disease and many, many doctor visits. She was introduced to a Catholic nun who taught her about healing on a personal level by providing her with tools, energy work, and knowledge. Irene then received Reiki Healing sessions 1-2 times a week from a local practitioner to help ease symptoms of the Lyme’s Disease which resolved in 6 months. What she realized was that Reiki had more benefits than she could imagine which was mind, spiritual connection, and physical health.

Tai Chi Easy and Qigong introduction classes, along with teaching about the Sacred direction of the medicine wheel intro class as a way to provide people with tools of healing and self-empowerment. Irene also enjoys hosting and teaching workshops that help people release old baggage, thought patterns, and limiting beliefs!

Today, Irene is teaching all levels of Usui Reiki, Tai Chi which is a 10-step integral easy introduction class along with Shamanism as a way to provide people with tools of healing and self-empowerment.
