“Stef’s Mix” allows one to explore a range of transformative classes designed to enhance your personal growth and well-being. Learn the fundamentals of manifesting to create positive change in your work, home, and personal life. For individuals with Autism, ADD, or ADHD—or their families—find support and tools for navigating challenges and fostering inner peace through guided meditations and discussions. Boundary Boss by Terri Cole
First book “Boundary Boss” Members will read a section of the book for the weekly class discussion. Book series are 4-6 weeks long and members purchase their own books. Non-members may join the book club for $30 for each week of the selected book.

Yin Yoga

Red Light Therapy Breathwork Circle
Red light therapy breathwork circle combines two wellness practices. Red light therapy (RLT) uses low-wavelength red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular function. It is non-invasive and promotes healing and rejuvenation. Breathwork involves intentional breathing techniques to influence physical, emotional, and mental states.
