
Manifesting Meditation Practice
In this hour long session, Jay will share how our thoughts and emotions impact our bodies, and how we oftentimes the biggest challenge is we are getting in our way. Use this time as a way to release anxiety, let go of old patterns and programs and become a new you. We will do a 30-45 minute guided meditation of varying intentions, based on what is needed the most with the group each night.
