Tammy Magnuson has overcome severe anxiety. She is a health and wellness coach trained in NLP, EFT, hypnosis, laughter yoga, & fitness training who helps people calm anxiety and overwhelm by updating the brain to relax the nervous system—gently, without force or pressure.
Her approach blends simple neuroscience and practical tools people can use in the moment, especially when anxiety feels out of control. Tammy believes anxiety isn’t something to fight or fix—it’s a signal the body learned long ago, and it can be rewired easily.
Known for her warm, down-to-earth style, Tammy creates spaces where people feel understood, not judged. She focuses on clarity, calm, and real-life strategies that work at home, at work, and in everyday moments—no long meditations, rigid routines, or willpower required.
Tammy lives on a small hobby farm in Wisconsin, is a mom of five, and brings a steady, human presence to everything she teaches.
