A Woman (female) circle is a gathering of women in a circular setting to share stories, ideas, and experiences, to empower each other and connect on a deeper level. A woman’s circle (female circle) also honors female ancestors and their strength, wisdom, and achievements. This circle is a safe and sacred space for women to use their voices, be heard, and be seen. The Woman Circle is a place for women to heal through expression, listening, and speaking. Each month will have a different theme, and it will also allow for open flow. We might have a plan, but it will be open to what it will be in that circle!
What happens in a Woman’s Circle?
You can share your deepest thoughts, loves, and fears. We are all there for each other to hold space and withhold judgment. It is a safe space where lasting bonds are made. If you find yourself keeping negative thoughts bottled inside, a women’s circle is a great place to let them flow.
What should I bring?
We welcome you to each bring a flower, candle, and/or a sacred object to place in the center of the circle. By creating this central point of focus together, everyone sees themselves in it.
Please bring a journal and a water bottle. You may also bring a yoga mat if you have one.
We have mats, blankets, and bolsters if you need them.
