Veronica is passionate about helping people improve their health by giving them the tools to be their own “health practitioner.” She helps individuals find the underlying causes of their conditions, guiding them to heal their bodies from the inside out. In addition to focusing on nutrition to clear out toxins and clean up the body from within, Veronica takes a holistic approach, addressing mental well-being through stress reduction and coping mechanisms. She understands the importance of managing stress and lowering cortisol levels, working with patients to bring them out of the “fight or flight” state.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Veronica enjoys expressing her creativity through card making and painting. She also finds joy in playing with her pets and staying active outdoors.
