
Manifesting Meditation Practice
In this hour long session, Jay will share how our thoughts and emotions impact our bodies, and how we oftentimes the biggest challenge is we are getting in our way. Use this time as a way to release anxiety, let go of old patterns and programs and become a new you. We will do a 30-45 minute guided meditation of varying intentions, based on what is needed the most with the group each night. Jay will also share the latest research, success stories, and other tools and resources people need to create new results from the heart.
No experience necessary, can be seated or lying down. Bring water if you like, blanket, etc.
Jay Peterson has been leading meditation groups, drumming groups and men’s groups in Minneapolis for almost 10 years. He also leads events in River Falls at Healing Roots Wellness Center and at other local venues.
