Chris Richmond began his journey into wellness in 2011 when he attended massage therapy school, specializing in trigger point therapy. With a passion for helping others achieve balance and healing, he expanded his expertise by studying corrective exercise.
In 2012, Chris founded Awaken For Wellness in Saint Paul, Minnesota, creating a space dedicated to holistic health and innovative therapies. Over the years, he has developed a deep understanding of hot and cold therapies, red light therapy, and float therapy, offering clients comprehensive solutions for physical and mental well-being.
Chris’s experience as a bodyworker and facilitator of healing provides him with a unique perspective, combining hands-on techniques with guided breathwork to promote a release of stress and stored emotions.
